Your first visit
Please bring a photo ID, your dental insurance card, a list of the medications you take, and any referral slip or recent X-rays from your dentist.
Your first visit includes an exam and any imaging we need, such as a 3D CBCT scan, so we can explain your options and answer your questions.
Hours, languages & urgent care
We see patients Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Dr. Lee consults in English and Spanish.
If you have swelling, pain or bleeding after surgery, call us at (323) 749-6062. For a life-threatening emergency, call 911.
